Weekend Drive

Happy hump day to you all!

Over the weekend I took some photos of my long time friend (and model), Steffi. Its always a pleasure working with someone you've grown so close to over the years. I love how we were able to form a dynamic where we both don't need to say much to get "the" shots.

The last time we hung out was over a year ago and we still find ourselves reminiscing over our time in New York. We shot different layouts under the course of an hour (which is probably the fastest I've ever worked in a while). I've got some posts lined up for you guys so stay tuned!

P.S.
I'm in the process of looking for someone to redesign my website so if you know anyone who might be interested, please send them my way!

365

Model: Lexi
MUA: Justine

Hello again!

Its been such a long time since I last photographed for this blog and it feels great to be doing what I love. Half the reason why I stopped posting for an entire year was because of my forgetfulness (I literally forgot my blog's password) and the other was academic. It feels surreal to say that I am officially in my last year of schooling. Yep, thats right! If everything goes well I'll be graduating this time next year.

Its been a year of personal growth and I'm so thankful to have been given the opportunity to find a course I love and surround myself with like minded individuals. Speaking of which, I would like to introduce my latest model Lexi. I joined my school's radio organization and I am absolutely enamored by everyone in it. When I first met her I knew I had to say something about her hair which resulted in a bit of an awkward conversation that I remember quite well. This was shot a few hours ago in a park near her area and I am beyond ecstatic to tell you guys that I have more of these shoots lined up. :)

Photodiary: My First Philippine Fashion Week

A few days ago I accompanied my friend Marian, to watch the SM Women's Collection fashion show at the Mall of Asia. We went to support her sister who managed majority of the resorts line and because of that, we were given a chance to sit at the VIP section.

I guess it was funny coincidence that I arrived a bit late..seeing as how I couldn't seem to pick an outfit. Having never gone to one of these events I hope I didn't dress up too much. The fashion show was very versatile it showcased clothes you can wear to the mall, beach, office, etc. What I liked most about the selection though, was that all the pieces were very practical. SM's selection has greatly improved over the years and I guess we have Marian's sister (Stefanie BandaƱa) to thank for it!

In other news!
Look out for ADHD Magazine as they release both my feature and my editorial in the succeeding days.
